These people are greedy, cheap, and hateful. I went to have my oil changed and asked for good quality oil and filter. They gave me a price that was quite a bit higher than I expected but I was in a rush so I went with it. While waiting for my oil change I like to watch the mechanics work on my car for my own piece of mind. I noticed that they put the wrong viscosity of oil in (my car takes 5w30, they put in 10w40). When I brought it up with them they said it's because it's an old car (which it's not, only has 80,000 miles) and it would be better for the engine. His tone indicated that he thought I was stupid for even asking. After I left I noticed the engine was very sluggish and didn't drive well. I then later had my mechanic friend take a look and he told me they used the cheapest filter and likely cheap oil as well. (I paid for high quality, full synthetic) One more note, while I was at the shop there was an employee on the phone who was very angry and sounded disrespectful. Not sure if he was on a personal call or talking to a customer, either way it was very off putting. I advise you to skip this shop, they don't want to help you or your car. most expensive oil change of my life! they didn't replace the oil filter properly and it came off while driving on the highway causing my engine to seize. manager said the engine seizing was just a coincidence and not their fault but he would help me sell my now broken car.

Their sign advertises that they have a free AC check so I took my vehicle to get the AC checked. When I get there, I was told the diagnostic was $189. I asked them why it says free AC check on their sign and the response was, “I don’t know. I just started working here.” He didn’t go get a manager or talk to anyone to see why there was false advertisement. Do not go to this place. There’s nothing worse than a dishonest mechanic.

I came in for an oil change after calling ahead and being quoted $79 for up to 5 quarts of oil. My vehicle only takes 4.4 quarts, so I knew I wouldn't exceed that amount. When it came time to pay, I was surprised to find that the oil filter was charged separately for $7.99, on top of the $79.99 oil change and an additional $3 shop fee. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. If the oil filter isn't included in the advertised oil change price, that should be clearly communicated upfront. I've had oil changes at many different shops over the years and have never had the filter broken out as a separate charge. To make matters worse, there's a sign outside advertising a full synthetic oil change for $59.99—the same service I received. I didn't notice the sign until afterward because I trusted the $79 quote I was given over the phone. It's hard not to feel like the advertised pricing is misleading when the actual cost ends up being significantly higher.
